  My plans showed 4 garage doors, only estimated 3 on the new home construction. They were all supposed to be high lift tracks, were not installed high enough. Door springs had to be adjusted several times to work properly. One door has been problematic since day one. Multiple calls for cable “bird nesting”. Very early after completion, the problem door developed a bubble, pictures were sent, a tech came and inspected, stated would order. Company was sold, new people came and I fell through the cracks. Finally nearly after 9 months or so the panel was replaced. Now the sheen on the door is a different color. After the panel was replaced, a tension spring was destroyed when the door lowered. Now that my warranty is over, they charged for parts on the last visit. I will never call them again.

  I was at work but the technicians called and let me know when he arrived and what was wrong and let me know I needed to do to fix the problem, he fixed it and I am very happy with the service and with part he put in, I would definitely use them again they are now my people!!

  Rick fixed my garage door and did the yearly maintenance. He answered my questions and was very polite. I have used this company for years and always satisfied with their service.
