  ​I had a very frustrating experience with this company. They were late for our scheduled appointment ("emergency call before me") and failed to provide any updates on their new arrival time. To make matters worse, I was hit with a $150 "show up " fee that was never disclosed to me beforehand. ​Additionally, I was charged $75 per hour for a "helper" who spent the majority of the time watching the lead technician or making trips to the truck. Paying a premium for an extra set of hands that didn't contribute to the actual work is unacceptable. Between the lack of communication and the hidden fees, I cannot recommend their services.

  We’ve been using Complete Electric for many years. They have always done good work at a reasonable price. Our most recent project was installation of a new generator. The project leader, Justin, was great in every way. The people in the office are courteous and very responsive. We highly recommend them.

  What a superb company. Very professional and always takes the time to explain what is needed and how they recommend correcting the problem. Every worker is polite and professional, expressing their thoughts in how best to achieve the goal for the project. They take the time to properly analyze the situation and complete the task in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Complete Electric for any of your electrical needs.
