I had a very frustrating experience with this company. They were late for our scheduled appointment ("emergency call before me") and failed to provide any updates on their new arrival time. To make matters worse, I was hit with a $150 "show up " fee that was never disclosed to me beforehand. Additionally, I was charged $75 per hour for a "helper" who spent the majority of the time watching the lead technician or making trips to the truck. Paying a premium for an extra set of hands that didn't contribute to the actual work is unacceptable. Between the lack of communication and the hidden fees, I cannot recommend their services.

Was put on hold for 3 weeks, I am an electrician looking for a job. With no explanation, they turned me down. They have a sterling reputation, and I'm a good electrician. They really let me down at a time when I need a job.
