- SSShellSep 18, 20261.0We have had their services for years but unfortunately calling has become a problem..extremely rude customer service.
- GTGil ThibaultSep 15, 20265.0We had a great experience with Collin from Barker Air. He came half hour earlier than scheduled and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, did not have the part on his truck and went to their warehouse to get the part. He was very prompt about returning and replaced the part. Collin was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend Barker Air to anyone in need of AC repair.
- WMWill McCluskeySep 3, 20265.0Great to deal with. Last 3 services went well. Ac running like a champ.
- CWChris WJun 1, 20261.0I strongly do not recommend this HVAC company. They were hired to service the building that I work in and that my wife helps manage. They’ve come twice and have done nothing but brake ceilings and leave with HVAC systems not working. They came and changed an air filter and the AC unit isn’t working. It’s 90° in this office building. All the businesses in that office had to leave and are losing money by the hour. Call to speak to someone in the office to see if they can get some urgency and the girl that answered the phone. It’s so rude, ignorant and arrogant. She yelled and hung up! Apparently, she doesn’t realize this is a small community and one person can get the word out and make a business and destroy your business. I cannot stated enough do not use these people for any commercial or residential. They are irresponsible. Don’t take accountability and are completely rude and ignorant..
