Barker Air Conditioning and Heating of Sebastian, FL was founded in 1959 by Judd Barker. The business was sold to John A. Colontrelle in 1980. At the time, it was a three-person business. As the business grew because of excellent customer service, an office opened in Sebastian in 1996 to better serve the residents of northern Indian River County.

- CWChris WJun 1, 20261.0I strongly do not recommend this HVAC company. They were hired to service the building that I work in and that my wife helps manage. They’ve come twice and have done nothing but brake ceilings and leave with HVAC systems not working. They came and changed an air filter and the AC unit isn’t working. It’s 90° in this office building. All the businesses in that office had to leave and are losing money by the hour. Call to speak to someone in the office to see if they can get some urgency and the girl that answered the phone. It’s so rude, ignorant and arrogant. She yelled and hung up! Apparently, she doesn’t realize this is a small community and one person can get the word out and make a business and destroy your business. I cannot stated enough do not use these people for any commercial or residential. They are irresponsible. Don’t take accountability and are completely rude and ignorant..

My son was home and the a/c guy showed him what was wrong and fixed it in a matter of minutes. The price was very reasonable. Needless to say I’ll will be using them again! Love this company!
