  Charles replaced my outdated vanity light and added a dimmer switch. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the job. Much appreciated. I’m very happy with my dimmer light.

  Dearrion was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and incredibly personable. He carefully inspected and serviced our system, including checking the components, cleaning the system, and making sure everything was operating properly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what the was checking, what he found, and answered our questions in a way that was easy to understand—never rushed and never made us feel like just another appointment on the schedule.- great work Dearrion!

  Cody was excellent. However, I will be visiting your office, in the next few . .we have only had the water pump since June 19, no instructions, year warranty but charged us, $109. ,surcharge for gas $10.00. We had no paperwork,,told us, just call the office Got a text at 9.40 am, we are next. Waited until 6.10 pm. Not happy with secetary., I believe her name is Christine. Her spin was not correct

  It took 2 weeks to get our AC up and running in 90 and up degree weather. But was satisfied with Edward's customer service. He was professional, and sympathetic

  1st class service. From the start, text message I’m on the way, email message also. Polite respectful pleasant. Explained the whole process, what needed to be done how long it would take. I have never had a repair person come into my home and treat it with respect like this. He taped down clothe tarps over the ceramic tile, removed the old a/c unit which is inside the main living area. Installed the new unit better than the builder did. When he was done you couldn’t tell he was ever there. Clean precise bending of pipes, professional plumbing and finish work. Attention to detail, you can tell by his finished job that he takes pride in his work. While Noburto(Burt) worked inside his associate Ricardo performed replaced the outside unit with the same attention to detail and cleanliness. When they were finished, they were on schedule no surprises. The system was up and running and cooling the house. My wife commented, he was very respectful to her and didn’t talk down to her. He showed respected our home. These are key factors when dealing with service providers. Our whole experience with Ellington was fantastic, even Austin who was our sales contact was fantastic, not pushy, listened, he then gave us choices. Gave me time to research different units, pros and cons. We are happy with our decision and happy with Ellington. They are a 5 Star company all the way.
