- DBDan BarzelSep 13, 20261.0The work on the initial stages of our home was incomplete and sloppy. We worked through several estimates on early stages of the drawings and each set of pricing came in substantially higher than the last. Based on the number of times they've been through this process and the scope of the project and plans provided, they should have had a very good handle on the final cost of the home. It was a very disappointing experience. The estimating work and pre-construction work was sloppy and incomplete. I had a very similar experience to the Italian gentleman who said he would rate them zero stars. I'm very surprised that they are this established, given the quality of the work that was provided. I terminated the contract before they began work and I'm glad we walked away. Totally unsatisfactory.
