Hurricane and quality windows at best price in town. Installation took a bit longer due to customization and window popularity. Minor glitches were adjusted and fixed professionally and in timely manner. They offer 0% payment program which is a big plus. Now we plan on staying in the house during the hurricanes. If you need new windows give them a call.

Hurricane and high quality windows at the best price in town. Installation process took a bit longer than expected but that was due to customization and popularity of their windows. They offer 0% interest payments option through Wells Fargo Bank. Minor glitches were fixed professionally and in timely manner. If you are looking for new hurricane windows give them a call.

We had a wonderful experience with Window World! Our sales rep Ethan was fantastic and was involved and responsive start to finish. The installers themselves went above and beyond -- they were on time, kind, professional, cleaned up along the way, and did an overall great job. Our new windows look amazing and we couldn't be happier that we went with Window World!

I am so happy with process and installation of my new windows. Cliff was absolutely amazing very informative no pressure. The installers did a fantastic job they very polite, kept area clean just awesome hard workers.

Would NOT recommend Window World. Hired them to install impact resistant 14 windows, slider, and French doors for the front. Tim the salesmen turned out to be a typical salesmen lied to get the job and brag about his bonuses. The lack of communication from customer service and management is poor. When you first sign up with them it's all roses but after that it just went down hill. The installation crew don't speak English didn't cover my floors that were brand new not even installed 2 month prior were all ruined! Was told my office manager they would wear booties and didn't. Asked crew when they arrived and response was "call office don't speak English". My floors are ruined as well as many other items in home including big piles of broken glass all over my yard there is no way myself or grandkids can play or walk barefoot in my yard. There was debris all over and left in my yard and pool. The crew was putting my front doors on backwards instead of opening out they had them opening in and when we noticed we said something they started throwing stuff around and broke a plantation blind rather large one matter of fact that was going into my office while trying to hurry up re do door slammed there stuff up against and cracked wood and turned around and tried to blame my husband. Office manager offered 250.00 for damages that were over $3500 to $5,000 damage and eventually came up to 1,000 or file a insurance claim on there policy and threaten me to put a lien on my home several times during the process if I don't pay them immediately. Ginger the manager of Sarasota and Fort Myers said she don't have a time machine and can't correct the things in the past that others did so thought she was going to really help but didn't. Was called a lier and other names I don't want to mention on here and said I was just lieing about the damage and I had proof. When I went to Tim the salesmen who I also thought would help me he just texts me back" saying people like me who complain is reason why businesses can't stay open and since I informed office then I will be causing the crew to loose there jobs and they have kids! Like some how this was my fault for not allowing them and sit back and not speak up for trashing my home and causing me more money to try to get house back in the condition it was when they arrived!! The incompetence, un professional behavior, lack of communication, dishonesty, name calling is not acceptable behavior. I would not recommend window world!!

Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
