Their customer service was excellent. After some flooding we needed a repair. After consulting with us they said we had just enough original tiles to use for the job. (No upsell & no needless added expenses.) They special ordered a 14 year-old grout color to match our existing grout, keeping us apprised of the changing delivery schedule (through no fault of theirs). The work was professional and tidy, with a finished floor that looks as if there was never any mishap at all! Thank you to everyone at The Hardwood Stop for all you do.

Kyle the salesman was very knowledgeable as was Sarai. She was always available to answer any questions I had. The gentleman who did the install were top notch. The whole experience was great.
