  When we called Synergy rental they were prompt and on time. I delt with Constatine and he gave me incredible customer service! We will definitely use Synergy again!

  I have owned and operated my current bobcat as well as many others for over 20 years. I maintain my machine and know when something seems wrong. I was on a job and bobcat started making a noise that sounded wrong, so I brought in to have checked out and repaired. However upon dropping off my machine, mysteriously a hydraulic line sprung a leak and they were unable to diagnose machine properly however failed to tell us that when we received an estimated repair list of things that were not the main issue and nearing $5000. We had them do repairs as we thought this should fix the issue and we need our machine for work. However upon picking up the machine and going to use it the next business day, I get in and same noise as well as parts that were working previously now did not work. I called them immediately and brought machine back in (over an hour one way). After days of calling and supposed phone and computer issues we then get told the tracks and sprockets need to be replaced. We went to shop to see what they were referring to and even though we didn't feel the need to replace the tracks and sprockets we told them to do what was necessary to fix machine - then ironically the next day we are told it is the drive motor. At this point we are obviously very frustrated and 'over it'. Wally, the GM did try to help us after much aggravation and numerous very angry phone calls and was able to secure us a loaner machine so at least we could do some of our work. After all of this - they seemed to get their main objective which was for us to get so frustrated that we would purchase a new machine because dumping so much money into our existing machine not knowing if they even really were fixing the issues seemed ridiculous. Upon trying to buy new machine, it took days to get pricing on new machine as well as for trade in. Our trade in amount was basically what they were trying to charge us in repairs and low balled but we were so frustrated and in need of a working machine to not lose business so we went ahead and just accepted their offer. It is very hard to get an answer whenever you call the office by a live person once transferred from the receptionist and to actually get answers to our concerns was nearly impossible. Unfortunately, they sort of have a monopoly in the area and we are stuck having to deal with them if bobcat needs servicing beyond our skills. But we will drive even further to Orlando to avoid going to the tampa service location because no one has a clue what is happening or going on.
