- ENEric Karen NapholzJun 11, 20261.0Had 4 garage doors installed. Susan was great to work with. But service technicians did not know how to install the doors. Problems started with them trying to keep the extra openers, to problems with the sensors, to the cables loose and hitting the panels, to panels and hinges not being aligned. Along with other issues. Problem now are gaps in between the panels which an outside source confirmed that the doors must reinstalled per manufacturer instructions. These issues are on all 4 doors. Do not want this company back to try to fix any more issues. We recommend using an authorized garage door company. Had give a star for this to posted which they don’t deserve.
