  Noticed water damage on my ceilings and called SRQ and two other roofing companies, SRQ sent a crew out the next day. Juan and his crew did a thorough inspection including a water test, accessing the tight attic space and a visual inspection on the roof. They spent almost 2 hours on this and they determined it was not a roof issue but an a/c air duct problem. They took pictures and a video and showed me the problem. There was no charge! One of the other roofers quoted me $3,000.00. to replace the vents on the roof and never went into the attic! The other company really didn't seem interested at all in the job and only looked from the ground and told me he was 6 to 8 weeks out for repairs. Also, SRQ's owner Ray called me personally to tell me what the issue was. I almost wish it had been a roof issue because I had such confidence in SRQ and Juan and his crew to do an excellent job.   Ray was professional and courteous. My roof was finished in two days, in the rainy season... such a relief. Competitive price in this high market! Great clean up after the work was done.

  Exceptional workmanship and even better service. Contracted with SRQ for the substantial renovation of an investment property in Sarasota, FL. Obvious concern going into the project considering I would be managing it from across the country in California, but Ray, Bill and the team went above and beyond to provide constant updates, pictures and an open line of communication. Project was complete on time and on budget. Look forward to working with SRQ in the future.
