  Installers were courteous and professional. They were extremely respectful and very careful to protect our property and to insure they left it in better condition than they found it. We were very pleased with our experience.

  Called Reliance about a service plans they quickly responded. My husband and I compared their plan with several others and we liked what reliance offered. Called the next day to sign up and were told the person who does that was not at their desk and they would call us back. No one called. Went with another ac company

  If I could give zero stars I would... terrible service. Unprofessional looking, 3 of the techs that came out had no idea what they were doing, quoted a price and then 2 weeks later after we told them what was wrong the new guy agreed that the other techs never looked at the real problem...after already paying $2k they tried charging another $1800 ...terrible communication and taking advantage of people with doing unprofessional work !!

  I found Jose the installer of my new pool heater to be very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and stayed with me until I was shown how to operate the heater manually and by my phone. The clean up was spotless .

  This was what I consider to be the gold standard when it comes to a service call. The tech was on time, polite and professional. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly . Spent extra time checking the entire system and doing preventative maintenance.
