We had a great experience with **Quality Screening Window and Door** from beginning to end. **Casey Dunbar** was excellent to work with and provided outstanding follow-up throughout the entire process. Casey made sure everything was handled properly and that we were completely satisfied with the finished job.
We had **new hurricane-rated windows installed, along with new hurricane-rated lanai sliding doors built to meet Miami-Dade County specifications**. The quality is excellent. The sliders are extremely well built, look great, and slide very easily. We are very pleased with both the windows and the lanai doors.
**Dan and the installation crew did an excellent job.** The installation was professional, clean, and completed on time. You could tell they took pride in doing the job correctly.
**Amy was also great to work with on scheduling and keeping everything coordinated.** Communication and follow-up from the entire company were excellent.
From Casey and Amy in the office to Dan and the installation team, everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. **Casey especially did a great job staying on top of everything from start to finish.**

We recently had storm windows, doors and a new front door installed at our Siesta Key condo. I can’t say enough about how seamless the process was. We coordinated every aspect from measuring through installation and inspection from MIchigan, site unseen which we were very apprehensive about. Everyone kept us informed along the way and could not have been nicer and more professional. Kudos to everyone we encountered from Casey, Kate, Amy, and Dan! Would highly recommend! Their prices were more than competitive as well!

We recently had Quality Screening, Window & Doors replace our 25 year old windows with PGT WinGuard windows, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The turnaround time from the initial measurement and quote to installation was surprisingly quick, and the entire process was well organized.
Everyone we worked with was on time, professional, and easy to deal with. The installation crew was outstanding. They even moved heavy furniture out of the way so they could access the windows, which we really appreciated.
They worked carefully and kept everything very clean while removing the old windows and installing the new ones.
As a small business owner myself, I pay attention to how companies operate, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality shown by their entire team.
