Putnam Mechanical goes above and beyond every time no matter the size of the project from a regular quarterly preventative maintenance to replacing a 12-ton unit within 24 hrs! As a commercial property manager, I trust that Putnam Mechanical will provide estimates timely, with my building’s best interest at heart, within a budget and then follow through to the end. Chris is quick, thorough and knowledgeable. He keeps me up to date with every project so I can better handle my tenants. His technicians are professional, timely and efficient causing minimal disruption. With Putnam Mechanical on my properties, I have complete trust that they are focused on my HVAC equipment , which alleviates me to focus on other building/tenant emergencies. Thank you.

Chris and his crew did an excellent and professional job installing three new HVAC systems in our home. Chris provided expert guidance on the best combination of price, efficiency and dependability and we are very satisfied with the results.

Everything was perfect from initial discussion thru the installation and followup. The system is working perfectly and we are learning the variations of the new thermostat system which allows us to control our internal environment much better than the previous system. Thanks to Chris, Bruce and Rick for an excellent installation.
