- DWDavid WesmillerApr 24, 20195.0My daughter had a clogged sewer line at her house. I called a couple of plumbers, left messages, and didn't get a return call. I called Phillips and explained the problem. The gentleman on the phone said they would be able to be there later in the afternoon. Sam and his partner arrived and got to work immediately. They spent nearly an hour at the house fixing the plugged line. They also found her outside cleanout which was buried in the ground next to the garage. They gave her advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Even though it was late afternoon, they stayed and made sure the problem was corrected. They went above and beyond my expectations and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone
