The aspect of the project that stood out the most was their attention to detail. Their work was especially meticulous on and around the pool. They hand-painted and rolled the sealant on the coping and around the grate drain on the pool deck that runs along the exterior walls. They also replaced 4 cracked coping, and I can't even tell which ones they replaced. Top-notch business with good, hard workers who take pride in what they do!

We did our Paver driveway and sidewalk entry in 2020. Great job but we used Tremron Pavers and there was rust in the manufacturing process and after a year the rust spots started showing. Use Flagstone Pavers instead. Fabio and crew did the installation using a cement footer under all the edge pavers so you don’t get the cement look outside the paver edge as many other companies do. I resealed it myself 3 years later but had some trouble and some areas were sealed extra so you could see the difference. Last week in May 2026 had Fabio’s crew clean, sand and reseal the pavers and looks great. He had to use an emulsifier to remove the old built up sealer I used which cost me more, so the lesson learned is to have them do the work correctly so it costs less in the long run. All in all I’m very happy with the work done. My neighbors have had them do their pavers and are always happy with the results! Will use Fabio again in three years for the next clean sand and seal.

Fabio is such a nice person, and he knows his stuff! We chose this business after watching a driveway installation close to our home. The care and precise process we observed was impressive, and the results, compared with other installations we’ve viewed, are far and above the rest! We were able to see other completed jobs and they were equally beautifully done.
We are in the process of waiting for our pavers to be made, so we can’t speak to our finish, but so far, so great, and we expect to be very happy!
Susan, who mans the showroom is wonderful - so friendly and helpful - and patient! Gus is a fabulous greeter, and so sweet! I happened to meet one of Fabio’s sons when he came in from a job. I recently hired Paver Design Center to install a new perimeter drain and to repair several areas of sinking pavers around the pool, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The team was prompt, knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the scope of work and recommended solutions for the project. The installation of the new drainage line was handled with precision and care. Before the work I had several inches of water that would not drain properly during heavy rain. Now there is no water at all. The new drain has made a tremendous difference. The paver repair was equally impressive. The areas that had significant settling are now level, secure and visually seamless with the surrounding pavers. What stood out most was the professionalism of the crew. They were courteous, detail-oriented and maintained a clean and organized worksite throughout the project. It is clear that they truly take pride in their craftsmanship.
