  131 pallets of pavers 10-11 trucks. 6 emails with detailed SIMPLE directions and 4 phone calls for instructions to be clear to enter in through the service gate unload on the area purposely made for Flagstone drivers to deliver on a 10.3 acre property with 5.5 acres to turn in a circle an exit through the service driveway and gate. But did they do that? OF COURSE NOT!! So far 8 trucks and 2 followed directions 6 didn’t. Damaging my berm made for my pond, and driving through my driveways that was prepared for those pavers with their trucks and Moffett. Also specifically told not to park and unload on the street. It will damage the street but did they listen to that either of course not!!! These guys don’t respect your property!! LITERALLY drove through the side of the driveway with the Moffett. Today they drove over my rebar and concrete pad made for my gate columns and cracked it. So now that will be torn out and repoured with rebar added. My builder had to bring back his machines to fix the drive and the other areas they royally destroyed!!! Made the final call this morning to the delivery manager. He understood my concerns and I think he legitimately was not happy himself, but told me he’d call me back in a couple minutes when he figured out why The heck these drivers are not following their instructions. Do you think they’ll be fired or reprimanded? I doubt it because the delivery manager still hasn’t called me back 5 hours ago. I don’t understand why the respect, dignity, and accountability is lost these days. I’m absolutely disgusted in this company’s response to the many problems they’ve caused on my property from their delivery drivers. My pool company was gonna order from them as well and I requested they find somebody else for an 85 x 65 backyard. Big order comes with a big cost loss and not taking responsibility. Has caused loss of revenue for them. I also will be sending them an invoice for all the repairs. I guarantee you if the delivery manager called me back I wouldn’t be writing this review. FAFO

  Hi. George her in Punta Gorda. Luxurious Pavers gave me the most gorgeous paver driveway, front porch and walkway down to dock. The crew was so meticulous and quick. So many people walking by ask me who did the work. I highly recommend Luxurious Pavers. You will be just as happy as I am!

  We had estimates from few companies. But as soon as I found out that LP does way more than just pavers, I knew I want a quote from them too and it was a decision that has greatly improved out family time after our backyard was done. This was our second project with Luxurious Pavers team. First one (patio pavers and sealant) was a success, and so was the second one (roof extension for our seating area, patio pavers extension along with large pool enclosure-no pool).. Hard working team, detail oriented and sticking to the plan. Great quality job done, responsive to calls and messages, could not been any happier. Highly recommended. We even loved the music that kept them going 😁
