We had a leak noted in our Living Room. We received absolute prompt service from Gopher Roofing to assess the possible leak areas. And we then had prompt repair of our roof with extensive photo documentation and communication. We received truly exceptional professional service. I highly recommend them!

Noticed a roof leak during a recent heavy rain. Looked around the whole house, and found 2 more. A couple of realtors had recommended Gopher previously, so called them. Kevin came out, crawled around the hot attic, took pics, and gave me a quote on the spot. Also told me to check with the builder (house 6 years old), and solar company (have a bunch on the roof) for warranty, since leak was around one of the anchors. Builders warranty had expired, but solar company was still under warranty, so that fix was taken care of by the solar guys. Gopher gave me a date for them to come and fix, they came as scheduled and did the fixes. Kevin was very responsive and patient with all my questions. There is a warranty, so if for some reason it still leaks with the next heavy rain, they will come fix, although I don't expect that to happen.

I contacted Gopher Roofing following a referral from a respected contractor who had done work for me. I had a small leak in a roof that was less than 4 years old that the builder did not warrant. A representative from Gopher was out within a few days, did a very thorough inspection, provided pictures to support his assessment and estimated repair, and sent a written quote that afternoon. The repairs were completed within a week. The repairmen sent 25 photos of the roof taken throughout the process. They even fixed a number of other issues on the roof at no additional cost. When I contacted the salesman and said I wanted to compensate Gopher Roofing for that added work, he said there was no charge and that is just part of their inspection process. That has never happened with any other vendor I have used in Florida. I have since referred Gopher Roofing to several neighbors. They are truly a company with integrity. If you read reviews about Gopher Roofing, you will likely find that my experience was the norm, not the exception. If I ever have another roofing issue, my first - and likely only call - will be to Gopher Roofing.
