  Rick Mayo our technician was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He showed up on time and became friends immediately with our property manager (Dog). Rick worked efficiently, fixed and tested the unit and answered all questions. Rick Mayo went beyond expectations.

  Steven Straw from GenerX Generators performed our annual service. He was very prompt, personable and thorough in the evaluation and service of our whole house generator. He also followed up with us regarding the status of the service appointment when he was finished. We have no hesitancy in recommending him. He’s a keeper!

  We love the Generx system and their whole team!! From original installation to regular maintenance and service they are a quality operation in every respect. Josh was our service tech this quarter, he did a great job! He is an excellent communicator letting me know time of arrival, expected work and timing. After the work was completed he gave me a run through on the condition (all good) and let me know how to approach any issues. Josh is efficient, professional and very courteous. You have a great team and we enjoy working with them all. Thanks.
