  It was super easy to schedule my own Service appointment on their website. The GenerX Generators team uses a software tool named service titan which automated the whole experience, sent out reminders, etc. It even sent me a picture of the technician, so I knew what to expect when someone arrived at my front door. Their system also allowed me to upload photos directly from Texting, which was very convenient. Technician Josh Coronado was a real professional, extremely thorough and paid attention to detail while servicing my generator. Congratulations to the GenerX team for hiring Josh.
