  Steven completed our annual service today and was excellent. He worked quickly and discussed the condition of our generator. We have used GenerX techs since our Generac generator was installed in 2023. I believe they offer high quality service at a fair price. LOVE having air conditioning & lights working even during long power outages (3+ days) such as with Hurricane Milton in 2024. Thanks!

  He was very helpful in his explanation of what happened with the generator. He also ran the generator underload to make sure it worked properly for us.

  Third time I had somebody out here to get this generator going and it’s only been installed for a few months. It’s been not working more than it has been working and every time I call they say they’re going to come and fix it and I don’t know if they come here or not because I’m not home most of the time. they were supposed to come yesterday again and fix it and they didn’t still not working. if I could give them a zero I would
