- CNChasa NicaOct 8, 20261.0They charged me an $89 service fee and fixed absolutely nothing. The technician immediately tried to force me into buying a completely new motor and garage door opener system, claiming mine was dead. Turns out, it's just a simple, cheap part (logic board/transformer) that needs replacing, and the motor is perfectly fine. This company doesn't do real repairs; they are just salespeople trying to trick you into buying expensive new equipment.
- SRS RedOct 7, 20265.0Our total experience with Garage Service Today was great. I called on Friday at the end of the day and Richard the owner answered all of my questions. He sent Jonathan out first thing Monday morning to look at our door and provide a quote. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to move forward and by Wednesday afternoon Dillon and his dad had the door installed. They worked very efficiently even during the pouring rain. We would highly recommended this company for your garage door needs.
- JWJoseph WestSep 24, 20265.0Tyler from Garage Door Service Today was fantastic! He replaced and programmed all of our garage door remotes and provided us with a new opener as well. We’re new to the area and needed some help, and we’re so glad we called. Tyler was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy. We highly recommend Tyler and Garage Door Service Today!
- KRKaren RutherfordJul 24, 20265.0Highly recommend these people. They care about you. Car got trapped in garage due to the broken spring. Had to be at work at 10am. Vendor I've used for 14 years couldn't get there til 4-8pm. Garage Service Today was there in about 30 minutes. Jonathan was kind, compassionate, understanding, professional. Just a terrific service provider. They have all my future business.
- ARAlex RosenthalJun 29, 20265.0I had a little hiccup with my appointment at first, and yeah, it was frustrating. But Sarasota Garage Repair Service took charge, fixed the issue in no time, and I gotta say, I appreciated that. They had all the parts ready to go, so no extra trip was needed. I'll definitely call them again if I need anything else!
