First impressions make a huge difference to me when deciding to contract with a company. When scheduled, the crew came right on time, and were extremely neat and efficient. Matthew took the time to try to find the right color to match our Terrazzo floors in the home. Of course we had to compromise but the floor turned out great. Jeovany and his team were supposed to come back the following day after the install. I got a call that said they were unable to come to my home to help put the furniture back in the room. Of course my wife and I were disappointed and figured they got the payment and we were SOL. To our surprise the installers came by a couple of hours later and helped put the furniture back in the room. The installers said they had another job and had to drive by us anyways so they decided to stop by and put the furniture back in the room. Now thats a few employees who deserve a pat on the back from their employer besides the tip I gave them ;P before and after pictures below
