The quality of the work, communication, and follow-through did not meet the expectations that were agreed upon. Despite being given additional time and an opportunity to properly complete the work, the project was still not completed to the expected standard. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend doing your due diligence before hiring this company. Make sure you choose a contractor who stands behind their work, communicates professionally, honors their commitments, and takes responsibility for completing the job properly.
