  This is the second time Epoch roofing has done an exceptional roofing repair for us. First, was a repair after Hurticane Isn. Both times Linda Hughes came to look at the damage and provide an estimate. Linda is the consummate professional and took multiple pictures of the damage done so we could understand what we were dealing with (and to have photos for insurance purposes). This time, our second repair was not storm damage but involved a couple of different issues, that if left without repair, could have caused major problems. The repair crew that Epoch sent, six professionals, were able to complete the job in one day! They also took multiple photos of the work done, cleaned up after themselves and were very easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend Epoch Roofing for not only any roofing repairs, but reroofing your house.

  After hurricane Milton I smugly thought I had gotten away with no damages, even though most of my neighbors had not. There were no leaks (to make me aware of problems on the roof) and while my phone was busy with calls from roofers, I was almost certain the callers were calling everyone in the area trying to get whoever answered the phone to replace a roof that was fine. One day, almost a year after the hurricane, I had a call from a friendly voice, an intelligent person named Okan Bostan who told me he was parked in front of my house and did I know about all the cracks in the tiles on my roof. I told him I was sure the roof was OK , and he asked if I would give him permission to go on the roof and take photos. I agreed thinking once he had seen how sturdy and water tight my roof was, that would make him go away. Then the photos arrived in my email. OMG, what a mess. But what sealed the deal was Okan told me my insurance would probably cover a new roof, but once a year has passed with a claim from an owner, the insurance company does not have to pay off. And nearly a year had passed by then. Time was running out. Okan and Miles came to visit me and discuss in person what I needed to know and to do and what they could do to make a new roof happen. Needless to say they soon became my best buddies and they handled the job from "soup to nuts". I am so happy with the new roof, and I have only them to thank! Neighbors I hardly ever spoke to in the past have come to my house with complements on how nice the new roof looks. Thank you Epoch!
