I’ve worked on Jay Anderson’s jobs for 15 years and one thing he always has is excellent subcontractors. Jay is unlike most contractors. He is a man of integrity and will do whatever it takes to deliver you a solid, sound home built with excellence. The way it should be. I have built many homes over the years as well as several commercial buildings, but this journey was probably the best that I have ever encountered. The fact that Jay and I still have a close relationship 7 years later, speaks to the integrity of him, his company, and the entire process. Building a multi-million dollar custom home is fraught with potential landmines. If you are looking for cheap, you will always get what you pay for..but if you want it done right, first find a company whose core values and principals are in sync with yours. Then even if you do have a disagreement, you will always be able to find a fair and equitable resolution. My wife and I have no regrets about allowing Edgewater Contractors to build our home on Longboat Key!
