  The plumber that fixed the leak in my shower today was super thoughtful & helpful. Of course he fixed the leak (that was expected) but he went above and beyond, just by being extremely nice!

  I called for my yearly air conditioning service and I was able to secure an appointment in three days. Our technician Quinton spent about an hour checking and cleaning the ac unit. I felt like he did a thorough inspection and was well worth the $115 service call. He was very professional and gave us a lot good information on how to keep our 4 year old unit running smoothly.

  Let me start out by saying that I liked the technician, Sammy Geo. He is a bit of a comedian making my day better. He removed my 16-year-old tankless Rheem water heater and replaced it with a Rianni tankless heater. Like any pro, he works fast. I had the instructions, but they were ignored for the most part. I do not know if he installs these units routinely. Anyway, it was clear to me that the cap for the unit was something that he was not familiar with and since I was considering doing this myself (I am a DIYer and read through the installation instructions) I offered to help. Sammy was great. He did not appear to have an ego and accepted my assistance (this does not always go well when you are talking to someone that clearly has way more experience and knowledge than you). We were able to install the cap per the instructions in the manual. He was in a hurry to leave (I do not know how many hours were budgeted for this job, but he was there most of the day). He used the pressure relief valve to demonstrate to me that the water was coming out hot and set the temp at 120 degrees (F). I asked about that as he was leaving if it was possible to go above 120 and he said yes (I remember that the old Rheem unit required me going into it to make a mechanical adjustment). So after he left, I tried out the shower farthest from the unit and it was okay thermally. However, my wife is not here and likes a much hotter sower than me. So I raised the temperature only to learn that it is capped at 120. In order to raise the temperature above 120 requires an adjustment on the pcb (process control board) in the unit which requires removing the cap and opening the unit. I am capable of doing so, but I would have preferred to do it before we placed the cap on it. Also, any DIYer thinking about doing this job- it is possible, but I highly recommend using a pro. You need to be competent with electrical, gas, mechanical, water, and a small amount of programming. If I did it, it would have taken me three to four days. That would be three or four days without hot water. Damn Good Plumbing did a damn fine job in my book. I would recommend them and use them again.

  Excellent from A to Z. The ladies who answer the phone were very polite, informative, and helpful. Our technician, Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through the diagnosis and explained to me how he resolved the issue with our air conditioner. A technician from a different company had come in twice and left without solving the issue--it took Mike less then 15 minutes to both diagnose and address it. Prices are reasonable for such professionalism, and I especially appreciated how Mike did not try to upsale. Thank you!

  Kyle did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater in a very tight space. He also repaired a leak near the toilet and installed a new handle and valve. He was very efficient and cleaned up afterwards.He was very professional and polite.Highly recommended.
