  We purchased our Ac unit 8 months ago. Some sort of board is fried even with no lightening. Now they have no idea when they can have the part. Our house is 85 degrees and they think that is acceptable and we should be happy we have another unit for our bedroom. No one cared. Even though one Hour charges more at least they take care of their customers

  Rod (Manager), Niegel (Tech) & Chad (Tech) were all fabulous. A difficult plumbing issue was resolved professionally and very efficiently. I am gratefull for the excellent service Custom Air & Plumbing provided.

  I was extremely disappointed in the pricing. According to your contact to set up the repair there would be no no charge since the unit was under warranty. She also said there would be no service call charge. I paid the $279 but am very unhappy about it.

  Custom Air and Plumbing was great. Their tech was on time and very professional. He fixed the issue and then checked the rest of the inside and outside unit even though it was 11:30 at night. Thank you so much!

  Terrible customer service terrible company to deal with they have no idea what they’re doing and what kind of units to put into your home but they sure don’t mind charging you for it
