  I had the recently contracted with CMM & Fortress to replace my roof and had a great experience. Our home is large (80 square) and very steep (12/12), so it was a challenging job. I had a good idea of what the replacement should cost and had solicited quotes from local and “national” roofing contractors and pricing was all over the place. CMM was very responsive and their quote was almost exactly what my expectations were. I was introduced to them from a representative at GAF, who gave them a strong recommendation. They were great at communicating and stuck to schedule. Not uncommon for out of scope items to come up while doing the work and CMM took care of some extra items that needed to be done, quickly and very reasonable pricing. They were very careful to clean up and protect things around the house. I had some issues with minor gutter damage and they quickly replaced them all, without me having to ask. I would highly recommend CMM/Fortress for any roofing project large or small. Bottom line great communication, competitive pricing and performed on schedule.

  Do not do business with this company if you are a company and they are trying to subcontract you for work! They contracted our services for a temporary fence back in June 2025 and we have been fighting to get them to pay since then, this was for an elementary school and we have made the school board aware that this company does not pay their bills. Connor Lees and Kim Miller should be embarrassed with how they run their company.

  CMM Roofing has been great to work with throughout our large-scale roofing projects over the last three years. Their team has consistently been responsive, professional, and willing to address concerns quickly as they arise. Large condominium projects can be challenging with so many moving parts, residents, and scheduling needs, but they have remained communicative, proactive, and attentive throughout the process. Overall, we have been very pleased with the quality of work, coordination, and professionalism provided by CMM Roofing.

  CMM did a fantastic job on my new roof. The work was done at a very good price with quality craftsmanship and cleanliness. The sales rep Laden Livings made the process super easy with great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend Laden and CMM Roofing

  I called CMM per recommendation of my neighbor and a review of their past jobs completed in my area. I found their bid to be extremely competitive and that their rep. Laden Landings to be very professional in his presentation...and most importantly of all ...not pressure bearing. Can't forget Kim, in the office, who was also very helpful. The crew (and leader Valentine) worked hard over the course of four days to install two roofs and a connecting breezeway to my satisfaction. They ensured my foliage and air conditioner were protected from falling debris, scoured the property for fallen nail , and even power- washed my driveways on completion of the job. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.
