Our realtor highly recommended Chappies and they did not disappoint!! The staff was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and were able to get us on their schedule very quickly. The installers removed the existing flooring and underlayment and replaced these same items with professional precision. We were extremely pleased with both the product (LVF) and the level of care provided by the installation team. We highly recommend Chappies for your flooring needs.
- TFThomas FederJan 27, 20235.0We wanted to have the carpeting in the 3 bedrooms in our home replaced with a hard surface flooring and we wanted it to fit in with the existing ceramic tile in the rest of the house. We chose to visit Chappie’s because of it’s reviews. We were greeted and helped by Christina who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She spent lots of time helping us chose type of flooring and the color that would work best with our existing tile. After taking home many different samples over several visits with Christina we chose what laminate flooring we wanted. She send one of the employees to our home to measure and explain what would be done, how long it would take, and that they would move all furniture, he was also very polite and informative. When we got our estimate and placed our order, signed the contract, Christina was informed by the supplier that the laminate we chose was discontinued. After another trip to store, more samples taken to our home we ended up with our 2nd choice which very close to being our first choice. The reason I mention that, is the laminate we had installed was $400. less than the laminate we paid a deposit on and signed a contract for and Christina took that amount off our bill. That was the right thing to do but there was no way we would have ever known if she hadn’t told us. The flooring was installed in one day by 3 very polite, hard working employees who moved all our furniture, removed all the old carpeting, installed the laminate, replaced the furniture and left the house as clean as they found it. We only visited one store when we decided to do this project and we are extremely happy that we chose Chappie’s and that Christina was our helper!! WE LOVE OUR NEW FLOOR!!
