- SFSheryl Ferrie2 days ago5.0I needed additional storage in my new house and worked with Michael to design the perfect dry bar layout. He was extremely helpful in showing me options and was even better at getting the best deals. He knew I wanted cabinets quickly and was very responsive. Excellent Customer Service!!! My cabinets should arrive next week and will send another review after installation.
- GBGisel Barrios6 days ago1.0Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. From the beginning, the estimate was not clearly explained, and important costs related to the countertop stone were left out. These additional charges were only brought to my attention right before installation, resulting in unexpected expenses that should have been communicated upfront. Unfortunately, the customer service provided by Mike and Daniel was also disappointing. Neither was able to offer a reasonable solution or even make an effort to help with the additional costs caused by their unclear and incomplete estimate. To make matters worse, the countertop stone company failed to meet the promised installation deadline, causing further delays to my renovation project. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I believe customers deserve transparency, accurate estimates, accountability, and better communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the service I received.
- CLChris LevineSep 30, 20265.0Fantastic experience. There are lots of options and Michael walked us through design, choices, hardware, and was super accommodating. I would highly recommend this business and look forward to installation in the near future.
- KLKristen LSep 30, 20265.0Michael was so incredibly helpful and fun. He made the process easy and quick. We loved the available options. They have such high quality cabinets.
- PSPaula & SteveSep 26, 20265.0Great service! Kevin was thorough, patient, and highly knowledgeable about all the store offerings. The 3D modeling really helped us visualize our kitchen layout and make a purchase decision.
