  Kevin came to our home today and diagnosed the issue with our Carrier unit that we purchased 13 Years ago from Badger Bobs. The unit needs some maintenance so we are considering upgrading to a new one. Everything Kevin did was very professional , he explained our options extremely well, excellent customer service as always from Badger Bobs!

  Excellent experience with this company. Had them install a mini-split in my garage. Troy came out the same day I called and provided an estimate as well as completing the package of docs I needed to submit to our HOA. Troy is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. Once the HOA approved my submission, I contacted Troy and the install was done the next day. Troy showed up first thing in the morning and met the install team of Zac and Eric. Install went well and Zac made sure I was briefed on operation of the unit. Overall very happy with my experience.

  I had an excellent experience with Badger Bobs for duct repair. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding, and they truly did everything possible to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. The employees who handled both the estimate and the repair were absolutely amazing — professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. The repair was completed efficiently, and I noticed an immediate improvement afterward. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work with such exceptional customer care. I highly recommend Badger Bobs to anyone needing duct repair or HVAC services.

  I just got off the phone with a man named Jim at Badger Bob’s after one of their technicians installed three surge protectors at our home. Immediately following this installation an electrical fault shorted out our dishwasher and our garbage disposal. Speaking to Jim, he pretended to be unaware of the circumstances, and I came to realize that he was baiting me into some amateur explanation of what caused the electrical fault. Instead of addressing a clear line of responsibility for a mistake made in the electrical panel just hours earlier, Jim focused on word games to deflect responsibility on me, for unknown reason. Then he asked if I was accusing the technician of sabotaging the electrical panel. It became clear that Jim’s role or goal is not to manage, but to argue and deflect liability. For those of you who experience this with Badger bob, don’t be surprised and don’t accept it.

  The technician showed up just a few hours after I called which was great. But he must have had very limited experience which ended up costing me hundreds more than it should have to diagnose the problem. He changed the transformer because his first guess that it was the thermostat was wrong. The transformer change out didn't fix the issue either. He finally figured out if was the defrost board on the compressor and bypassed it. The unit now works but they charged me 250 to bypass the board which took five minutes and now want 525 to change the board. Really nice guy but I would call them again. Ove 600 and the unit is not fixed.
