  Had a new ac unit installed in June- House got warm for the first time for a few hours I was getting warmer air from the vents. Called in to have someone come to look at it- before tech arrived ac started to feel cool again from the vents- Sales guy was good- Technician was fine- Was charged a trip charge for having it looked at- no explanations why didn’t find anything wrong- Guy came back and changed air it had some dust I didn’t think to bad and my nest thermostat wasn’t calling for it to be changed yet- system has had strong airflow since replaced compared to previous ac unit- Looking for the paperwork for parts and labor- If anyone is considering using this company. At this time I wouldn’t recommend being they shouldn’t be charging for checking systems just installed. Tho they did offer me a maintenance plan. June 4th new ac package unit- June 9th cleaned ducts Aug 27 warm air blowing for about 4hours

  My wife called Badger Bob's around mid morning due to our ac being out. Nicholas was the representative that helped my wife and this guy was at my house within a couple hours of their phone conversation to assess the house and my major ac issue. Nicholas contacted me shortly after leaving and he was able to present me with some option with their amazing program. He was even able to get me next day install on a new unit. Nick, you the man! Wife, kids and dogs can't thank you and Badger Bob's enough. Also, the install team Kirby and Travis. Those dudes and legit. Both were very professional and friendly, all their work looks super clean in the garage and the outside unit. 👏👏 Gentlemen!

  Badger Bob’s truly stands by their 24/7 service guarantee! After discovering my AC had suddenly shut down at 8:45 PM on Thursday, I called them up. By 10:00 PM, their technician, Kevin, was at my house. Kevin’s deep knowledge and technical expertise were obvious the moment he started troubleshooting. For context, I had a routine maintenance service on Monday where a cracked float switch was replaced. Unfortunately, the wrong type of switch was installed, causing my system to fail a few days later. Kevin diagnosed this highly specific issue immediately. His professionalism was unmatched. He explained the issue clearly, and corrected it on the spot without a single hassle. He stayed past 11:00 PM to ensure everything was running perfectly. Thanks to Kevin's fast, expert work, I wasn't left stuck in the sweltering Florida heat overnight. He is an outstanding and excellent asset to Badger Bob's! August 21, 2026

  I have a maintenance contract. I called first thing in the morning and was given an 11am- 2:00pm service window the same day. Tge technician arrived on time and was courteous. He identified and explained the problem. Gave me the cost prior to repair and quickly did the repair. I’m happy with the quick service and cost was within reason. It is very hot in August in Florida and these guys are out in it working to keep customers cool with enough staff to respond quickly. I like that.

  Sakeena Young went above the call of the duty on this particular HVAC repair job. After 3 years of lack of maintenance on my part, Sakeena found out the root cause as to why the AC unit was shutting down unexpectedly during the day. The overflow water sensor constantly detected excess refrigerant water not draining correctly away from the HVAC during normal operations. The culprit? Excess mold had built up in the drainage pipe over the years causing water blockage. Over a three-hour period, Sakeena cut the drainage pipe so she could pour down a strong, industrial-grade chemical flush to break-up the mold, followed by taking a wired-brush and manually clearing out any left-over molds in the pipe. Her persistent and patience really shined throughout the ordeal, but when it was all said and done, the AC unit was back online and working perfectly. She even took the time to instruct me the best way to maintain the pipe was to simply pour hot water periodically into the pipe to remove any excess mold build-up. And she noticed the air filter I was using was not the recommended one and was nice enough to suggest the right one to buy. Great professional work and a BIG thank you for job well done!
