  The comfort club program is a hard value to beat. You can lease AC units for less than the price of buying the same unit. Additionally all preventative and corrective maintenance is included at no additional cost. We lost power to one of our units on Friday, 7/3 around 10pm. They were here to service the unit and got it back up and running by 1pm Saturday, 7/4. If I wasn’t in the comfort club, I would’ve been looking at $300-$500 for service over the holiday weekend. I highly suggest looking at the comfort club for great value for your hvac needs.

  Do not use they are not the family run business they once were. Ever since they sold customer service has gone to crap. When you call do you have an issue you’ll be routed to a third-party answering service. That’s not even located locally And if there’s an issue, it takes 15 to 20 days to resolve We had a new air air-conditioning installed, and I have spent the last 20 days trying to get them back out to finish the job. They delivered a damaged unit with a hole in the condenser coil on the outside. It works, but was cosmetically in bad shape. They assured me that it would be repaired the next day 28 days later, we are now just getting it fixed after probably 15 phone calls and a few emails back-and-forth trying to figure this out

  We've been using Badger Bobs for over 15 years and the service quality has gone downhill big time since the original owner sold it. The latest issue was when they serviced one of our ACs and replaced the two float switches due to a recall and then 5 months later the drain line got clogged and neither float switch worked because they had installed them incorrectly causing water damage to me ceilings. Then they had the nerve to give me a $200 bill for the service call to come fix it. After trying to get ahold of him for weeks, the manager Michael then tried to say they found an unrelated low voltage issue that he couldn't provide any details about and that's why I was having to pay the $200.

  We had a toilet issue with running water and our technician Maciej was prompt and very knowledgeable on what had to be done to fix the problem. He also fixed a problem on our kitchen faucet where the water pressure was low and he fixed that too in minutes. Thank you Maciej for such a great experience! I would recommend Badger Bob for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. Their prices are reasonable! Additional review since I needed them to come out againwhen our AC broke down a few days later. Our technician, Kaleb, was a stand out but truthfully we've really appreciated every technician who's come to our home. KALEB was knowledgeable, explained with real patience. He diagnosed the problem, fixed everything in a timely manner and even gave us a tip to manage our unit going further. Their prices are very reasonable and I would not go anywhere else for your Hvac and plumbing needs. Oh and their maintenance program is very cost effective too. Thank you Kaleb and Badger Bob's!

  I unfortunately learned the hard way that service is not who they are... I reached out to them to come service my ac unit and a tech came out on Tuesday May 19th and said I need to turn off this unit for a few hours and then we will be back later to service it and someone from the office would call when he was on his way back(I made it very clear to him that I took the full day off to get this completed so I'd appreciate it being fixed that same day and he said no problem sir) Not only did I not hear from anyone that day I didn't hear from anyone until Thursday May 21st even after I called Wednesday and said can you please have someone call me with an update. The excuse I got from the guy on Thursday was "oh we wanted to give the unit 24 hours to fully thaw" to which I responded that's interesting because it's been 48 hours and your guy never mentioned a 24 hour window for it to thaw. I called another company in the area on Thursday and they came out within an hour and had us up and running in no time. The service at badger bobs was awful and id highly recommend calling around before going with these guys!
