  Chris Whitney from AirNow Air Conditioning provided excellent service when inspecting my AC unit. Even though the system couldn’t be repaired, he was extremely polite, professional, and informative, clearly explaining the issue and my options.He went above and beyond by arranging a full HVAC installation the very next morning at a reasonable price, which made the whole situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend Chris and AirNow Air Conditioning for reliable, courteous, and customer‑focused HVAC service.

  Darrin was very knowledgeable on our system which is a York and had it working within 2 hours. I say thank you to Darrin for getting us back and running. Our system still has a full warranty and the service call was a reasonable price.

  I am very pleased with the maintance services provided by Jarett, Daniel Martinez and Chris. A big Thanks to those guys because not only they are professional but very knowledgable and taking their times to explain the important issues and recommendations without being pushy.   We ended up needing an emergency service on our AC which was blowing warm air on one of the hottest days of the year. It was a Friday around 4:30 in the afternoon. I called the company that we had an annual service contract with and got voicemail. Panic set in as the prospect having our renter sleep in an 85 degree unit was unthinkable. I quickly began researching other providers in the Sarasota area and AirNow popped up. I looked at their website and read some of the reviews and decided to give them a call. I called the main number and someone picked up right away. The person on the phone was professional and efficient, and was able to get us on the schedule first thing in the morning. One of the cool things they do is automate much of the communication. You get emails, texts and phone calls letting you know where your technician is and an accurate ETA, all interested parties including our renter were notified. Justin McKenzie, our tech, showed up just after 9am and was immediately able to spot the trouble. He contacted us and explained everything in detail and was extremely knowledgable and professional. He made us aware of a number of ways we could avoid issues like this in the future and made a number of recommendations that we appreciated. Needless to say we are now using AirNow exclusively and would recommend them to anyone looking for an unmatched premiere experience.

  Air Now and Brandon Patrick were AMAZING!!! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any HVAC company. They were the first company to really show they cared and took the time to diagnose why for 13 years my house was not properly cooling and more importantly, why it was not dehumidifying. My house was built in 2013 and is very energy efficient. It turned out the builder and original HVAC contractor oversized my house with a 5 ton unit and did not set up my zoned system properly as well. The manager, Chris, did a new load calculation on my home and inspected every room, attic space, etc. and determined I only needed around 3.5 tons of air. So he outfitted me with a 4 ton true variable speed and variable management system that was specifically designed for zoned systems with multiple zones and thermostats. For the first time since I built the house, my A/C is both cooling and dehumidifying properly for the first time in 13 years. Chris, Brandon, and Daniel were SPECTACULAR! They were very fair on pricing and even got me 3 years of interest free financing! I finally found my HVAC contractor for life! I highly recommend Chris and his team for anybody that wants an honest, fairly priced, expert HVAC contractor for your home or business.
