  Excellent service. We needed a new unit quickly and Chris Whitney came out and assessed our situation and made recommendations. We decided on a system and the technicians arrived two days later. Javi and Miguel were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole process from removing the old system and setting up the new one was completed in just under 8 hours. They cleaned up everything and explained the basics of the new system. We couldn’t be happier!!!!!

  I could not recommend this company more. The techs are knowledgeable and look at the system as a whole before coming to a conclusion. Unlike other companies I’ve dealt with they actually stick around to see if everything is working correctly afterwards. I had a unit installed with a new return cut by them 3 years ago and have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of work and level of support from that moment on. Unit is running great and has only needed regular maintenance and some minor tweaks under warranty. Shout out to Joany, Jesse, Arsen for being excellent techs over the years and to the install crew.

  We had a wonderful experience with AirNow. Chris Whitney came out to take a look at our garage where we wanted to put a mini split. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain our options and gave us a quote. He was not at all sales pitchy or pushy. He gave us the best deal he could. He understood when we needed a little time to think things through. When we were ready to proceed he responded right away and got us scheduled for a few days later. Corey came out to do the installation. He was also very professional and did the install in a timely manner. Thank you to Chris and Corey!

  My ac stopped working Saturday night, I call few companies and the one I decide to choose AirNow. Justin Simms came and verified the failure and gave difference opinions for me to be able to decide which one to use. Honest and real helpful with my decisions, easy deal and a lot help. He understood the rush I had for me to get this situation resolved. Monday morning the tho installers came to my house and I am Extremely happy with the clean and quick installation of the new HVAC unit, Bailen Mcvey and Francisco Arroyo from AirNow. They both answered all my questions about the new system and help with the programming on the new WiFi thermostat.
