  I wouldn't touch this company with a stick. They tried to fix an elevator that had a minor issue and it kept getting worse every time their young inexperienced technicians stopped by. At the end they wanted to replace the whole elevator. They will string you along and waste a lot of your time and money.

  Lower level door mechanism was fixed, however, after the repair the elevator does not return from the upper level unless someone upstairs opens and closes those doors. We discovered this issue yesterday afternoon after we inadvertently let the elevator go back up. We always leave the elevator downstairs when we go out. I do not know whether this new issue is related to the recent repair. Please have someone fix this issue. All matters now. resolved. Potential oil leak identified.

  Tony was awesome on the phone sorting out some issues I had with our residential elevator. He was patient and thorough in his explanations. Chris came to do a long overdue service check and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He solved all the problems we had. I would highly recommend Accredited for your elevator needs.

  Kanyon called ahead to let us know he was on the way, fixed our elevator issues and checked the entire system from top to bottom. He answered all of our questions and explained what different parts of the system do. He knows a lot and is a good teacher. Super nice and polite.

  I would highly recommend Accredited Elevator as they have done a fine job maintaining my personal elevator in tip-top condition. I especially commend Mark Karrer as going above and beyond to assist me on scheduling installation of a part which was required. A pleasure to deal with such a competent, courteous, efficient person in a today's world. A true asset to the company!
