  Tony was very helpful in the office, quickly made an appointment and the next day they were there. Julio fixed the problem immediately, and did a full service on the elevator. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company.

  Julio called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time and serviced the elevator. He was able to fairly easily fix a door problem that someone else had said was an expensive *replace a door problem*. I hope that Julio is who is sent next time our elevator needs service!

  Accredited Home Elevator Service is fantastic. I contacted them yesterday after having an awful experience with another elevator company. I had an emergency situation with my townhouse elevator. In less than 5 minutes I got a call back from Tony who had a technician available to do the necessary repair. The technician found the problem immediately and was finished with the repair in less than an hour. The necessary replacement battery was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Accredited Home Elevator for their customer service, expertise and professionalism.

  Christopher came out to do a routine inspection on our home elevator and he was very proficient, friendly and informative. Great guy who represents the company really well, highly recommend.
