  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I could not be more pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. Sally, the manager, was outstanding — she took the time to walk me through all the samples, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and then went above and beyond to expedite the job so it fit my schedule. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Jose and Nico did an exceptional job with the installation. They were professional, detail-oriented, and the transformation from carpet to luxury vinyl exceeded my expectations. The finished result looks absolutely stunning. This is a team that genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. If you are considering a flooring upgrade, look no further — I highly recommend them without hesitation. Five stars all the way!

  We had another contractor cancel on our flooring project at the last minute, which put us in a tough spot. Luckily, I connected with Sally at 24-7 Floors, and she was fantastic to work with. She was informative without being pushy and took the time to help me fully understand the scope of the project. Honestly, it felt like a long shot when I asked if they could squeeze us into their schedule, but not only did they make it happen, they finished the job a full day ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was excellent. Compare that to most contractors who are often pushing you further out with delays. While their pricing may be slightly higher than big box stores for similar products, you really get what you pay for: attention to detail, great communication, and the care of a locally owned business where the owners are personally involved in each project. I highly recommend 24-7 Floors!

  Absolutely blown away by 24-7 Floors Shop! Their showroom is massive and the material selection is unbelievable , easily the best variety I’ve seen anywhere. If you’re remodeling a kitchen or any part of your home, this is the place to go. They truly have everything, from stunning materials to endless design options, and the quality is top tier. Their installation was just as impressive ,professional, seamless, and beautifully done. You can tell they take pride in their work. It’s rare to find this level of selection and service in one place. Highly, highly recommend 24-7 Floors Shop to anyone in the area, an absolute 5-star experience from start to finish!

  Scott & Sally Perron (and DJ) were excellent to work with. Sally took the time to help me choose the right flooring for my home - she was patient as I debated between colors and styles. Most importantly - the installation process was excellent. The installers did an incredible job and they weren't happy until I was happy. I had a question a week or so after the job was done and they quickly sent someone out to take a look. As a real estate agent, I have also referred them to my customers. They did a great job taking care of their needs as well.

  We recently completed a kitchen remodel that included removing two walls, which left several areas where tile needed to be carefully filled in. Fortunately, we had extra tiles from when the flooring was originally installed, and the team at 24-7 Floors did an outstanding job integrating them seamlessly. Scott and Sandy, the owners, were great to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, professional, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. Their crew was extremely careful throughout the process and made sure not to damage any of the existing tile and the new cabinets. The finished product looks fantastic—you would never know where the old tile ends and the new work begins. We were so impressed with their attention to detail and overall service that we’ve already hired them to install our backsplash in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend 24-7 Floors!
