  MIRACLE. This is the only word I can use to describe Sally and Scott's work in our home. We had to move in 15 days after purchase and they finished 5000 Sq Feet of flooring in a record time of 14 days. Sally is a designer herself and always gave her guidance and expert advice whenever she saw something can improve. They helped us pick the perfect tile and LVP that are gorgeous. They did save us money by reusing our existing baseboards that were great already. Always responsive and always finding solution if we need help. DJ, Luis and Jose are wonderful and did a great job in making sure everything was completed perfectly on time.

  24/7 Floors What can I say — I was really impressed with Sally at 24/7 Floors! This flooring company was recommended to me by my HOA property manager just two weeks before closing. I knew they weren’t going to be the cheapest option, and they definitely weren’t. But their pricing, the quality of their materials, and their attention to detail all showed in the final result. When I first showed up at their showroom, I didn’t realize you needed an appointment. DJ graciously welcomed me in anyway and called Sally on my behalf. Even though she was out on a job site, she took his call, listened to what I was looking for, and from memory gave him the exact style numbers, which wall they were on, and exactly where to find them. I was blown away — who can do that? Sally can. 24/7 Floors completely exceeded my expectations. They did exceptional work, and I really appreciated how well they communicated before and during the installation. Sally, DJ, and Jose were all fantastic to work with. They took care of every concern I had and patiently walked me through everything. I don’t do this for a living and I don’t speak “flooring,” but they anticipated my needs before I even asked, while still letting me make all the creative decisions. At the end of the day, you want to feel like you got what you paid for — and I absolutely did. I’m so glad I went with them. You really can’t go wrong with 24/7 Floors, Sally, DJ, or Jose.

  Great experience with terrific results. From start to finish everything went smooth, and achieved the results we hoped for. DJ and the installer were both courteous and very professional. Super company.

  This is the second major tile job I've had with 24-7 Floors. If there were 10 stars, I would grant them 10 stars. Everything about 24-7 Floors is perfect -- product, customer service and installation is over the top. The crew is so wonderful. I would call them the Picassos of tile setting. I had a very difficult installation with rounded walls. Every cut is perfect. They were even able to tile the inside of my vacuum elevator! Sally (the owner) sent a crew to carefully clean the haze off the newly installed tile using vinegar instead of a dehazing product to keep the job safe for my puppy. Again, if you want perfect experience from start to finish, use 24-7 Floors.

  I had a bath remodel that was a tough task for any flooring/wall specialist. The 247 team turned this adversity into a beautiful project. I put them to the test and they passed it with "flooring colors". Thanks for all of your knowledge and professionalism....appreciate ya!
