  United Rentals supplied the crane mats for the construction of two STS cranes at the Port of Tampa. Throughout the project, Samantha was fantastic to work with and consistently went above and beyond to help us get the job completed. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help made a big difference throughout the job. I would highly recommend United Rentals and Samantha for their excellent service and support.

  When Ethan answered my call I knew my problem was as good as solved. I heard in his voice, a resounding, “”I will help solve your problem today”. A rare and vanishing quality. My deadline was met like a Christmas miracle. When the mats did not fit in my car, Ethan said, “Wait a second.” and within a minute Brad began loading five mats on the biggest flatbed I have ever seen, drove them to our house, and carried each 80 pound mat one by one down the 150 foot driveway and placed them in our garage in 98 degree heat. Only to be assured of his return to pick up each mat at no charge. It’s not every day you’re rescued. Ethan and the team at United far exceeded every possible expectation. I feel very fortunate.

  I highly recommend United Matting Company for their professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service. During the demolition of my fire-burnt home, they provided the matting solutions needed to protect the surrounding areas and helped make a very stressful situation much easier to manage. A very special thank you to Samantha, the manager, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my questions and help find solutions. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference during such a difficult time. The mats were exactly what was needed, the service was prompt, and the entire experience with United Matting Company was excellent.   Great experience working with Samantha. Communication during the delivery and demobilization phase was second to none. Matting was in great shape and picked up promptly following job completion. She will be our first call the next time we need jobsite matting in Florida.
