  O’Neil or O’Neal Dallas was exceptionally nice, polite, courteous and professional. He walked me through the set up and answered all my questions. He was in and out in 45 minutes making sure my system was working properly without any issues. I’m super happy and excited that my system is working to secure my house when I am out. Thank You Mr. Dallas for an awesome job done!

  Anthony Gonzalez came and efficiently diagnosed the cause for the leak with the condensation drain in my new air conditioner handler. What could have been a disaster was identified and fixed. Anthony was very professional and explained everything he was doing. His trainee, also called Anthony, was helpful and knowledgeable. Response time was also great. No cost since still under warranty. I appreciated the great service.

  They were awesome. From first call to tech arrival they kept in contact via text and calls. Jonathan was awesome. He was courteous and explained all options. Completed inspection and provided me some recommendations and Strada sent some very detailed estimates. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with and definitely is a good representative of the Strada brand. Thanks again.

  I had a water heater with no hot water. Ultimately it was determined the breaker in the breaker box went bad. By the time my plumber diagnosed that no electricity was going to the water heater it was 3:30p I called Strada and they were responded in about two hours . Which was great!! During my phone call with Strada I was informed there would be an after hours charge of 99.00. I was fine with that. Then once the tech got to the house he informed me there was also a 288.00 diagnostic charge in addition to the 99.00 charge. I was not told that over the phone. I Wasn’t home at the time of the call but I agreed to the charges. In total it was 496.00 to change a breaker. I understand the 99.00 charge and even a reasonable diagnostic charge. But 500.00 to change a breaker seems excessive. The last several years I’ve only used Strada for my electrical jobs. However in the future I’m going to shop around, due to the nearly 400.00 in fees.

  Strada Services did an amazing job replacing our 10+ yrs old AC system in our home. From the begining of this process to today, when they came to do the installation, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress‑free. The installation team by Hector and Mark was outstanding, efficient, open to our many questions, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our home. We are beyond grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend Strada Services to anyone needing HVAC work. We will keep being Strada customer for years to come. Great job Team!!
