  I recently experienced a water loss at my property in the St. Petersburg area and was directed to Lightspeed Restoration for assistance. Stan and Nate came out to inspect the damage, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and the time they took to explain the mitigation and repair process. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect throughout the process. I was especially impressed that they were willing to work directly with my insurance company to help coordinate the restoration of my property. From the initial inspection to the communication and professionalism, my experience with Stan and Nate has been outstanding. Highly impressed with Lightspeed Restoration and their team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a water loss or property damage.

  Nate and Stan are the people you want to call if you need help with restoration issues. They are well connected and can help you in a hurry. Day or night, 24 hours, 7 days week and they mean it. They are always available and respond quickly. They are respectful, courteous, professional and well priced for the service they provide. I felt very comfortable that the job would get done and their service is impeccable. I slept well at night knowing they had our backs. If you chose another company, and we have, you’re making a big mistake. Thank you guys!

  I can’t say enough great things about Lightspeed Restoration. They stepped in when one of my clients experienced a significant water leak and needed help immediately. Their team responded quickly and got right to work with air movers, fans, dehumidifiers, and continuous moisture-meter checks to make sure the property was drying properly. Their quick response, communication, and attention to detail helped prevent an already stressful situation from becoming worse for my client. Highly recommend Lightspeed Restoration for anyone dealing with unexpected water damage!
