  We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Gabe! He was right on time, personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the plumbing leak we needed fixed. He was upfront and thorough, took the time to clearly explain the issue and walk us through everything, and even provided helpful recommendations for future plumbing repairs. We truly appreciated his honesty, expertise, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Gabe for any plumbing needs!

  We had a clog in our bathroom and called Hafke Plumbing first thing on a Monday morning. John K was here before 10:00am and knew what to do immediately. After clearing the clog he advised us that he felt they should do a clean out of the cast iron pipes to be sure the pipes didn’t need to be replaced. An hour or so later he and Andrew came back and began the process. Fortunately we did not have to deal with replacing any pipes. Both John and Andrew were knowledgeable, respectful and did the job with very little interruption to me. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Hafke Plumbing and although I hope I don’t need a plumber again, I will not hesitate to request service from Hafke Plumbing. Thanks John and Andrew for a job well done!

  Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, quickly figured out what was going on, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The work was done cleanly, professionally, and faster than I expected. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how respectful they were of my home—no mess left behind, no surprises on the bill, and everything has been working perfectly since. It’s hard to find a company that’s reliable, knowledgeable, and straightforward these days, but these guys checked every box. I’d absolutely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, trustworthy plumber. Corey and Ryan are outstanding.

  Although not fun circumstances, I had a pipe break in our home that required an emergency appointment to fix and get our water turned back on safely. I contacted Hafke and immediately had peace of mind with their. 24/7 on-call services since this happened early evening on a weekend. Within an hour we had an appointment set and received technician updates on arrival time and who would be doing the service. Our technician/plumber was Eric - who gave me peace of mind by quickly evaluating the options and providing a Good, Better, Best estimate to fix and explained each option in detail. Happy with the service and speed to fix and would recommend this company, and Eric, to anyone looking for a plumbing, or emergency, company. Will use again in the future but hoping no more emergencies! Thank you Hafke/Eric!!

  I needed a simple wax ring replaced on 2 toilets. Tried to get simple pricing but they insisted on coming out and wasting my time as well as their tech's. Almost $500 ea seal! That's crazy. This is a follow up on Hafke Plumbing. Billy from the main office called me and ask what they could do to earn my business. We agreed on a compromise. Billy said he talked with the owner and they will review the policy they currently have in place. They sent Roman, great plumber, to fix our problem and we are very satisfied. We will use them again if the need ever rises and appreciate their quick response to the issue and the solution we reached. Thanks Hafke Plumbing! I will be referring others in my community to their service.
