  Great job by Eric & Darius for Hafke Plumbing. Showed up on time. In fact, they showed up for an emergency repair within an hour when another plumbing business said they couldn’t be there until the next day. Instead of a simple repair, I expanded it to be an upgrade of My back porch sink (replacing my DIY work), and they rolled with it and came up with an affordable price. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up well afterwards. Very happy, and would recommend them highly.

  If I could give less than one star, I would. The one star is only because Cameron, the technician, was very pleasant and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, the overall experience and pricing were extremely disappointing. We were charged $850 to remove two toilets and then return the next day to reinstall the SAME toilets after new flooring was installed. After further review, I learned the average cost to remove and reinstall existing toilets is typically around $200 per toilet, not $425 each. While I take responsibility for agreeing to the estimate without researching beforehand, the pricing still felt extremely excessive for the work performed. During the reinstall, a wet vac was placed directly on carpet that had been installed less than 24 hours earlier, causing water damage and leaving a blue stain on the brand-new carpet. To the company’s credit, they did send out a restoration company to dry the carpet and later arranged for it to be cleaned. However, when we requested a discount or adjustment for the inconvenience and damage caused, it was denied. To make matters worse, one of the toilet tanks could not even be fully secured because the screws needed to attach the tank were missing. The technician checked his truck but did not have the necessary parts, meaning the job was left incomplete and we now have to finish setting and caulking the toilet ourselves. Paying $850 for incomplete work, damage to new carpet, and the hassle of additional cleanup and repairs is extremely frustrating. While Cameron himself was courteous, the value and overall service experience did not justify the cost.

  Two stars because I had a decent interaction with them the last time I called for service. This time, the person who came in gave me a wrong diagnosis, then told me he would charge an absurd amount of money to fix the issue. I was forced to pay the first quote he gave me for the diagnosis, even though it did not fix the issue, over $250. Lastly, he said he knows they are expensive compared to other companies, but the guarantee is the best, and that's why they charge those prices. I don't know how you guys do business, but price gouging and getting extra money just because is not fair, and that's how you guys lose clients. I called three other companies, and they gave me extremely lower prices, and the best one had a lifetime guarantee. Whoever owns this company clearly has let his people run around him and take advantage of its clients. I was a returning client, and you just lost me. You have my contact information and know exactly what happened. Everyone, look at other options. The Goat Plumbing gave me a much better rate and service. They did not take advantage of my situation.
