  My real estate colleague has used Old Time Roofing for years for her client’s needs and always spoke very highly! Recently, for a mutual client, she engaged Jack at Old Time, so I finally had a chance to meet him and see their work. Super responsive, excellent work, at a very competitive price!   I was extremely impressed with the professionalism ,quality and quickness of this company! Jack and David were top-notch communicators and the workers that did my roof work were absolutely amazing!   After meeting with other companies And with old time roofing ( John) I had a good feeling they were the right company and the price was much fair and better then the other 2 companies also I checked out the other jobs in the neighborhood and they were all happy With there roofs Jon and the crew were great, as a retired contractor I know the bad ones from the good ones Pretty quickly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, always dont hesitate if you have any questions there are no bad questions John or the the forman on the job will make sure he does his best to explain it and not make you feel bad about it.. and that goes to some of the side wood that was damaged from water ( fascia) I was not expecting some of the extras that were not approved by a third party program to help out seniors in my position were not approved ( which is one of the unfair bureaucracy (stupid) Policy i witnessed, . with out this work the roof could not be completed it leaves the contractor in a bad position not fair unless the owners are well off and can afford the extras, i can't that's why I requested the third party partial help this contractor did one of nicas and kindness things a contractor can do said dont worry about it and I will not forget this and will do everything to correct this bad policy Thanks guys for the great Roof And also the great discounts on my home owners Insurance !

  I live in a Mobile Home Community in Clearwater. I was told about and with high regard from another community Board President. My salesman was Joe S. I couldn't be happier with his expertise in roofing and also his demeanoras as their salesman. I had received a couple of other company roofing quotes for my 2003 Jacobson modular home and frankly they were ridiculous. The other roofing companies were trying to sell me the high end sizzle so to speak. It was time for my roofs 1st shingle replacement and Joe came out from Olde Time Roofing and did my roof inspection. He was every bit of what I was told I could expect from the company. All I can say is that Joes knowledge helped me with what my choices were with shingles as well as the quality of the shingle replacement choice for my 2003 Jacobson roof that has 6 skylights. His explaination of the different types of roof materials, color choices etc...allowed me to decide with confidence. Joe assured me that their team of roofing experts would do a great job and "Yes" they did! I Love My New Roof and New Skylights. The roofing professionals arrived early and even took the care and concern with the grounds ( shrubs) around my home being covered at the start. They were such hard workers. My roof was completed in one day. I have received several compliments and I will always give my referrals to "Joe S." with Old Time Roofing. He is the salesman I hope people interested in a roof replacement will ask for when they call/ email Old Time Roofing for a quote. I Love My Roof.❤️ Elizabeth E.
