  Very disappointing experience. They came out, spent about 40 minutes walking around my property, told me I’d receive an estimate, and then completely disappeared. I’ve called multiple times, sent messages, and never received a response. I also contacted the office several times, and every time I was told someone would get back to me when they were available. It’s been over a week, and still nothing. If you don’t want the job, that’s completely fine. No one is obligated to take it. But ignoring a potential customer after taking their time is simply unprofessional and disrespectful. A quick call or text saying you’re not interested would have taken 30 seconds. I can’t recommend a company that treats people this way.

  We had a crazy situation with our home electric but I am very wary of utility repair companies after recent bad experiences. A trusted source recommended this company and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Brandon was able to get to our house quickly, diagnose the issue, fix it, and provide a full explanation of what happened and why. To top it off, he charged an outrageously reasonable rate for his time and effort. I will recommend Thibault Electrical Services to everyone. So impressed.
