I’ve been using Thibault’s for years but was moved to leave my first review this week when a tree fall on my power lines and ripped the connection off my house. They accommodated me right away and filed for an emergency permit so the work could be completed and FPL could hook me back up. It was a long day but Thibault's did what they could to make it as easy for me as possible. They will continue to get my business whenever I need electrical work done in the future.

Very disappointed in their office staff and their inabilities to schedule properly… after salesman came out gave me an estimate for the work, electricians come out and the office a allowed 30 minutes for a job that’s at least two hours….

I will have to say that we were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Thibaults. From the initial call with Kathleen to the very professional and knowledgeable team of Alan and Evan, we couldn’t be happier. These people know what they’re doing and go above and beyond to do the job right. We have used them before and are glad we called them again. They are the only electricians we will use going forward. Their expertise and local roots really shine through.

Thibault's Electric replaced 7 original smoke alarms in my 20 year old home.Communication was very easy, accommodated a time to fit my schedule. This is the 3rd time I have used them and each team has been professional and polite and people you would want in your home. Do a great job!
