  During the process of selling our home, the inspection turned up a few roof issues. Robert with Safe Haven Roofing came highly recommended, and now we understand why! He’s genuinely a pleasure to work with, and his communication was always prompt and clear. He took the time to answer all of our questions and put our concerns at ease. He truly went above and beyond for us, and the repairs were completed with an impressively quick turnaround. His pricing was very fair, and he’s just an all-around stand-up guy.   I first worked with Rob at the end of 2019 when the sale of our house was dependent on getting a new roof. Let me preface this by saying I was not a peach when we first met, but his customer service is undeniable and he quickly gained my trust after our initial meeting. Our house selling process was frustrating to say the least and Rob was one of the only bright parts about that experience. Long story short, our insurance company had tried to get by with doing a patch on our storm damaged roof. We were initially working with another roofing company who went along with what the insurance company said and ultimately did the patch. Fast forward 7 months and we were under contract to sell our house but the buyer was requesting a new roof. Rob came to look at our roof and knew immediately what was done was not correct and helped us go back to fight our initial claim. He knows the laws in and out of what should be done and how claims should be handled, even with the most difficult of insurances like we had. It took ONE email that he had written for the insurance company to call me and agree to a new roof. Rob moved quickly to ensure everything with the sale of our house went through. He found a couple of other issues that needed fixed under the shingles which were taken care of also. He does high quality work and makes sure everything is properly installed. He also went so far as to make sure we got back the initial $700+ insurance made us pay for the patchwork done. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and taken care of correctly. Our new construction house has had a few issues with the roof and Rob is the only person I trust. I will follow where ever he goes. He gives an honest assessment. He has come out multiple times over the last 5 years and has been able to fix our recent issues same day. I wish our new construction house could have had the roof installed with him. There is no one else I would trust with such an important part of your home. I recommend him to everyone I know and everyone agrees with how knowledgeable and helpful he is.

  Robert with Safe Haven Roofing came to inspect my roof after my neighbor's tree fell on it. He took the time to thoroughly explain the insurance claims process, including when it makes sense to file a claim and when simple repairs can be handled without involving insurance. Robert was honest and transparent about what he found during his inspection, which really put me at ease regarding the safety and condition of my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated everything in a clear and understandable manner. I will absolutely use Safe Haven Roofing again for any future roofing needs and would gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service.
