  Mirror Man came out to do an estimate 4 weeks ago for a shower door replacement. 4 wks later I still have no estimate & no shower door replaced, although I’ve spoken to Gene & Bob both many times with my follow up calls. They claimed the door was ordered (even with no estimate), then claimed I’d have to ask the other guy, then promised to call back the next day at least 3 times. They have truly reached the pinnacle of unprofessionalism. They’re unmatched… It’s beyond ridiculous. Of note, I called Bold City Glass today, sent a photo, got a quote, & they’re booked to come out tomorrow to install the shower door. Highly recommend skipping Mirror Man unless you have weeks to wait, and don’t mind being treated in a rude, disrespectful, unprofessional way as a potential customer. Wish I could give zero stars. Hope this helps kind, unsuspecting neighbors avoid unnecessary frustration.

  I have called the owner over 2 months , to perform work in my house. I have left several messages . Called numerous times. Spoke to the owner last week promised he would come this week . What a LIAR never called or showed up. Terrible customer service. I would highly recommend not using this arrogant owner of this business. I would definitely use a better company in St. Augustine. I wish I never considered using them most of all . They SUCK.

  Had master and guest bathroom shower replaced with frame less style doors. Bob and Matt removed old doors and 2 mirrors, new doors fit perfectly and look incredible. Unbeatable price, on time and clean up was great. Highly recommend Mirror Man!
