  I love the water softener! The difference in the water is mind-blowing. So glad we made the decision to get one!

  STAY AWAY! They gave me a postcard saying if I signed up for a demo (sales pitch) I'd get a $50 gift card. They came in to do the sales pitch and didn't bring the gift card. They used my refrigerator ice machine and left ice cubes on the floor. They pulled out all the high pressure sales tactics like "if you buy today, you save more" and "let me call my boss to see if we can get you a better deal." They stopped up my sink by putting the stopper in incorrectly and just left - I had to run after them and yell from my door that they needed to come back and fix it. Then after emailing them multiple times about the gift card, they told me to use some kind of code they never gave me and were just rude and running me around in circles. I imagine they do that to make you give up. They also emailed from a generic gmail address which is incredibly sketchy. I am giving up and giving my true experience of working with the company. I'll save you time: if you think you're going to sit through a sales pitch to get a $50 gift card, you might not even get it. You also have to sit through a very long presentation with all the high-pressure sales tactics. They try to sell a $10k water filter on financing, and offer you to make payments just covering the 9% interest. My guess is that some people end up paying on these for years and never pay down the principal. From my personal experience, I do not think they operate like a legitimate company should and I have heard from others that have also had bad experiences.

  Aiden was great! He came by my new home and took the time to explain the water purification system and answer all of my questions. He was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and never made me feel pressured. I didn’t move forward with the service simply because I just moved and it’s not within my budget right now, but I really appreciated Aiden’s honesty and professionalism. Definitely a great experience, and I would recommend him to anyone considering a water purification system!

  The whole process with liberty home water flowed very seamlessly. The in home water test was amazing and showed us first hand what was impacting our water quality. We needed time to think over adding a water quality system to our new home and when we gave them the call we wanted to move forward they installed the system that afternoon. The man who installed it was very kind and had it done in about an hour. Super easy experience all together!!!
