  Liberty Home Water has been a good experience. The sales guys are all in, great personalities, very knowledgeable about water and key facts on the areas water supply. Johnny was to the T.. The installer Tim was also needing a pat on the back he went above and beyond on installing the system how and where I wanted it also cleaned and straightened the area around my well. Great team!!!

  Very disappointing experience with Liberty Home Water of Ocala. Their solicitors repeatedly came to our home after we made it clear we were not interested. When my fiancé called to ask them to stop, a manager became extremely unprofessional and used profanity toward him. That is not how a reputable company should treat people. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience with Liberty Home Water of Ocala. Their solicitors have repeatedly come to my home despite being told that I am not interested and that I want the solicitation to stop. When I finally called to address the fact that they continue showing up, the person I spoke with—who identified himself as a manager—became extremely unprofessional and actually swore at me for asking that his company stop soliciting my home. That tells me everything I need to know about how this business is managed and how they treat people who simply say “no.” Repeated unwanted solicitation is frustrating enough, but having a manager respond with profanity when a homeowner asks to be left alone is completely inexcusable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. If this is how management behaves before you’re even a customer, I can only imagine how they handle an actual problem after they have your money. I have formally requested that they stop contacting me and stop sending representatives onto my property. Based on this experience, I would never recommend Liberty Home Water of Ocala and will be formally filing a report.

  Robert did a terrific job of presenting the benefits of the program. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very open and honest. Looking forward to enjoying the benefits of cleaner water!

  Aidan Moore came out and tested our water and he showed us the benefit of having clean water , so thank you again for your time .
