Were able to confirm the blower motor, and other components, needed to be fixed. Were able to verify that my parts were covered under warranty and said the parts would be delivered in a couple of days. Proactively sent me updates each day on the status of the parts. Showed up when parts arrived, and completed the repair within an hour. Great service and great result. Would highly recommend these folks.
