  We recently had new doors and windows installed by Southeast Windows & Glass, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Gio and the entire installation team were thorough, professional, and attentive to every detail throughout the project. They kept the work area clean, communicated clearly, and delivered exceptional craftsmanship. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations.   Southeast was prompt with coming out to take measurements and installing the new window. The only issue was how long it took for the window to come in when it was ordered. However that is a problem with the window company and not Southeast. It would have been helpful if they had let me know the expected timeline but other than that the service was great.

  Honestly I would love to give the company five stars, if everything was based off the work but my issue is, it is not just the work. It was everything in-between I had a problem with. I started this process in April to have my window fix. It was not fully fix, and done until mid July. The first problem started with me being told that I did not need to be home to have my window measure. That was the first initial appointment missed. The second appointment the technician came as schedule, but what bother me was he and his fellow tech was to comfortable meaning I have it in my house that you take your shoes off at the door, or like must companies they come with there own shoe covers. Neither of those things happen with the shoes, and I have carpet all over my house. Second they would put their clip board and some tools on my dining room table. My table is bare not covered so it can easily be scratch and smudge. 3rd whatever dirt was on there fingers was now on my walls, the reason I know is because I had to clean off the finger prints off my wall then paint it over with touch up paint. He took measurements for the window but said to get exact measurements he would need to take apart the window. I was never explained that so I said just take the proposed measurement and we will go from there. Not to mention they broke a clip that keeps part of my blinds cover, they explained to me they are not responsible for that. I end up ordering off of amazon to replace the broken clip and extras for just incase. That was the first visit the second visit we agreed on the price, and this time I was thinking they were coming on the 2nd visit to install the new glass for the window, but nope now that we agreed on the price I was told now the exact measurements need to be taken so now the window has to be taken out and reinstall to get the exact measurements. Once again I was not told that, they got the exact measurements, then said they will be back next time with the correct glass. Once again no shoe cover, clip board, and supplies on my dining room table, and finger prints on the wall, which lead to me repainting and cleaning up after the techs after they left. Okay this time the 3rd visit will be that last time put it in and be done. The window gets put in looks good but now I have instructions not to open the window because it will slam shut something broke while installing the window and they have to come back. Once again shoes on carpet, equipment on dining table cleaning up and touch up paint the wall from finger prints and some type of black glue. 4th time thinking okay this is it the final visit. They come install the part that broke from the last visit, but this time they forgotten this other part that they keeps the window lock in place so that it does not swing out. So they have to come back for a 5th time. Once again no shoe cover walking on my carpet with the bare shoes clip board on dining table finger prints on the wall, but this time when they left my house the left my door that goes to my garage open, I came home thinking someone broke in. Now the 5th time it is now July, we started this process in April. 5th time the tech had the finale part and I am just over it ready for them to finish this and be done. He fix the final part again, shoes in the house and clip board on dining table. The pros is this they were good workers they did a great job on the window, they even gave me a discount for being military. But the con is the cleanliness, the organization, and structure needs some work. If everything was based on just the installation of the window 5 STARS, but is is not it was everything else in-between that was a major problem for me.
