  Jose with Dr. Freeze HVAC Services was fantastic. He answered the phone directly, responded on a Sunday, and communicated openly throughout the entire visit. Rather than just giving me a diagnosis, he carefully walked me through his troubleshooting process, explained what he was testing and why, and answered my questions directly. Most importantly, he got our house cooling again on a hot Florida Sunday! I really appreciated the responsiveness, transparency, and willingness to explain the work. Great first experience with Jose and Dr. Freeze HVAC Services. Highly recommended.

  I had an excellent experience with José. My A/C compressor failed, and he quickly diagnosed the problem, confirmed the compressor was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and took care of all the warranty paperwork for me. What impressed me most was the fast service. He completed the compressor replacement the very next day, which was a huge relief during the Florida heat. He also installed a surge protector to help protect the new compressor from power surges and explained why it was a good investment. The total price included the original service call, the labor for the warranty compressor replacement, and a 1-year labor warranty. I felt the price was fair considering the quality of the work, the quick turnaround, and the professionalism. José was knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The system was thoroughly tested before he left, and my A/C has been cooling perfectly since the repair. I highly recommend José to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled HVAC technician. Thank you for the outstanding service!
