Jose came out in a storm to help me install my mini-split. He was prompt and courteous. I will contact him when I need maintenance on my system.

Jose at Dr.Freeze is fantastic, got me back up and running the day i called him. Inspected my system and informed me of what i may want to do to get it in tip top shape. No pushy sales tactics or up selling. I think i finally found a trustworthy HVAC guy!!

We have been using Dr. Freeze for the past 8 months. We have our primary home and a rental property with Jose coming every 6 months to inspect and service. As with some companies, this type of service isn't provided, only a 12 routine service call. The felxibility and support has provided us with a strong felling of comfort knowing the system has been inspected, but routine maintenance has been performed to keep our systems in good working order. 3 months back, we had to call Jose on a Sunday as our renter in the second property was experiencing high humidity in the home. I called Jose and he was in the house in less than 60 minutes diagnosing the fault. He found a value that had failed and placed an order immediately. The part arrived the following day and he installed within 90 minute of notification of its arrival at the warehouse. You will not find a better HVAC service provider in the Brandon, Riverview, Sun City Center, Apollo Beach or Parish areas. Thank you Jose for being amazing! Peter H.

Jose was fantastic to work with! I was sure we had some sort of AC issue going on but wasn’t quite sure what it was. Called Arctic Air and they brushed me off and scheduled me for a date two months away. My neighbor recommended Jose and he came out the same day and methodically went through our whole system and found a coolant leak. AC is working better than it ever has. He’s the only one we will call for now on.
