  From sales to installation and even after installation (permitting follow up) you couldn't pick a better company to help you choose and install a new door. They had a great selection, that no local Vero Beach company compared with. My salesman, Richard, was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was also extremely patient as my husband and I went back and forth making changes to the door. The installers were fast, professional and clean, which isn't always the case in my experience. The office staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well, just a pleasure to work with all around. 10/10!

  Jay was very thorough and professional! The windows were under warranty; so there was no charge. He repaired the problem and checked all the windows and caulked all areas that needed it.

  We had an excellent experience with Window World of Melbourne. They installed two 8‑foot patio slider doors, and the entire process—from scheduling to installation—was smooth and professional. The installers, Jeremy and Deion are local, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their work. The installation was done efficiently, with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy afterward. The new doors look fantastic and operate perfectly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what they promise with such a professional local team.   We are very pleased with the service and product. The installers were mindful, professional and polite. We had a couple of small little adjustments and a service call was initialed. The gentleman that came was just great. I recommend window world!

  The pros arrived in the expected "window," and got right to work. Very expedient. I was never in the way, and was allowed to ask the lead any questions I had about the process, while they worked. I'm very happy with the function of the windows and how they look. Hope I never need them in a full hurricane! Great knowing I don't need to install boards on the 2nd floor windows again! If I were to say ANYTHING that could be an opportunity for improvement, would be to make sure the windows are still clean when they're done. I didn't mind too much cleaning them once installed... It's just a little thing that I thought could be improved. They got a little dirty during the process.
