- CCChrisSep 1, 20261.0Worst customer service, purchased floor From Prosource in Ft. Myers. Floor lasted 5 years. NO HELP FROM either, I would not buy anything from THIS PLACE....... PRODUCT STATES NO UNDERLAYMENT, BUT THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT. The rep from them was mister nice guy at my house, then walked away from issue stating this is between you and Prosouce his name was BRENT, totally unprofessional and is a complete liability for this company!!!!!
- MMMauricio MartinAug 25, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed that this company chooses to pass its credit card processing/convenience fee directly on to the customer. If a business chooses to accept credit cards as a form of payment, the cost of doing business should not be disguised as an additional charge to the customer. Customers are already paying for the product or service, and adding a percentage-based fee simply because we choose to pay with a credit card feels unfair and unnecessarily punitive. It’s especially frustrating when the fee isn’t clearly communicated upfront. Businesses have every right to set their prices, but customers deserve transparent, fair pricing—not unexpected surcharges at checkout. I hope this company reconsiders this practice and finds a more customer-friendly way to handle payment processing costs. Convenience fees may be convenient for the company, but they certainly aren’t convenient for the customer.
