- GCGeorge Chapman2 days ago3.0My A/C called my home to 71 last night. I raised the temperature to 77 this morning. Akeem Notified me that the compressor was not winding and must be replaced because it will not cool. I am very confused by this. Compressor and air conditioner were purchased new May 10, 2024, my third new A/C from Cassidy. My Grade for this service is not a personal reflection on Akeem, He is polite and personable But I do not understand the sudden disruption of service as explained above.

We had U.V. lights and a condensate "I.V. system" installed by Akeem on both our residential HVAC systems, he explained everything to us in a very detailed manner.

Had to call back a technician for the following day. Sloppy in appearance tried to sell things spent most of the time on the telephone trying to figure out the thermostat at which he failed. Probably a nice guy, but definitely needs a lot more training
