  Flooring master did an amazing job. Very professional, friendly and took pride in doing the perfect tile flooring. Great communication too. Michelle was a great person to work with. She really cares about taking care of her customer and seem to enjoy the work.

  Wonderful experience.! My husband and I were so impressed with Alfredo and his assistants! They were professional in every aspect of their work and interactions with each other and with my husband and me. We were impressed with the efficient way they performed their jobs and with the end results. We would not hesitate to warmly recommend them!

  I wanted to update the floors in my two bathrooms. I lived with ugly and slippery builder tile for twenty two years and it was time for a change. Flooring Master was close by. Beautiful showroom, the staff is wonderful and they have a large selection. Best of all, they suggested laminate over my existing tile instead of new tile which would require messy demo of the old tile. I was convinced. Melissa and Ashley helped me decide on a color with texture and from decision to installation, it took a little over a week. I was lucky to have Milton and Daisy (H&W) do the install. They were there from 10am to 8pm and completed both rooms. New laminate and baseboards (don’t do new shoe molding with old baseboards) and Milton was able to remove and replace my toilets without a plumber. When it was all over they cleaned up every scrap and left my place clean as a whistle. Perfect job.

  Both Melissa the sales person did an excellent job trying to match the current floor for our two bedrooms. Alonso the installer and this two men were great and finished the job ahead of schedule and place all the furniture back just the same way to was. Could not be more pleased.
