Flooring Master's team from sales through completion were responsive, professsional, polite and fast. The project for each of four rooms included moving furniture, removing carpet, leveling floors, installing new resilient flooring with painted and caulked molding. The project was completed with a walk through, furniture re-placed in rooms and follow up by the design team to confirm satisfaction. Well done.

I had laminate wood flooring and 5.25” baseboards installed. From the beginning of the process to the end, I had the most amazing experience. Melissa was my salesperson and she was patient and delightful. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She also came out and did the measurements. She explained everything to me. I worked with Sergio to get a schedule in place to start the job. He was amazing and extremely accommodating. The installation team was top notch. They worked with such care and excellence. Once the installation was complete Heather came out to perform a final inspection and walkthrough. The entire process was incredibly good. I would certainly recommend Flooring Master. We had a great experience with Flooring Master in Riverview. We had new carpet installed throughout our townhouse, and the final result looks fantastic. The new flooring completely changed the look and feel of our home. What impressed us most was the customer service. Melissa was very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. We did have a couple of issues during the installation, including a scheduling problem and some paint/baseboard touch-ups that needed attention, but Flooring Master handled everything fairly and made sure the situation was resolved to our satisfaction. That really matters to us. Any company can look good when everything goes perfectly, but the real test is how they handle problems when something doesn’t go as planned. Flooring Master stood behind their work and treated us fairly. The installation team did a great job, the carpet looks beautiful, and we’re very happy with the final result. We would absolutely recommend Flooring Master to anyone looking for new flooring. Special thanks to Melissa and the entire team!

Flooring Master did a fabulous job for a client of mine that is selling their home. They gave a fair price for new carpet and the installation, they did not go over their quote, and completed the work in a timely manner. Communication was clear and professional. Thank you Flooring Master!
