  I was given a business card for BayPro and unfortunately had a pipe break a few weeks later. Fortunately, Thomas Galazka of BayPro responded to my call very quickly. He arrived within the hour, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. He also cleaned everything up after completing his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone.

  Bay Pro Plumbers (Thomas) were great from beginning to end. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and i got a paper estimate that same day which I really appreciate. Thomas arrived during the scheduled time and gave me an hour notice as well. Thomas did exceptional work and stuck around to make sure everything was good and not leaking anywhere. I highly recommend Bay Pro Plumbers to anyone needing plumbing work. They do great work and they are priced very fairly.

  Highly recommend Bay Pro plumbing. I was concerned about a formed bubble on my ceiling. I called Bay Pro, Thomas gives you a free estimate. Turns out it was an old leak when water overflowed from our bathroom a few months ago. He inspected the situation and was honest and gave me suggestions on what to look out for. Thank you

  Highly recommend! He was by far the most reasonably priced plumber I contacted for a shower valve repair. Beyond that, he was humble, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He not only fixed the main issue quickly and professionally, but also took the time to address a few other minor plumbing problems around the house at no extra charge. What really stood out was his professionalism and respect for the home — he removed his shoes at the entrance to avoid bringing dirt inside and cleaned everything up thoroughly after the job was done. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service like this nowadays. I’ll definitely be using him for any and all future plumbing needs.
