Thomas was fantastic - very kind, polite, quick, and efficient! He even took his shoes off before coming into my home which is rare these days. He stayed to make sure all the repairs were working and gave great prices. 10/10 recommend!

Thomas from Bay Pro Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! Seriously, he is extremely professional while also being sincerely friendly, someone you don’t mind having in your home. He knows his craft and does not try to rip people off. He is one of the too few good guys out there. I had a kitchen faucet that was leaking and needed replaced, I called Thomas and he was able to create some time in his schedule to come four days earlier than his actual first available appointment. Highly recommend!

Tomas was EXCELLENT today! We had a suspicion that one of our hot water heater elements was bad. We called and were lucky to have an appt for same day service! He diagnosed and took care of the problem right away. In addition, he gave us sound advice for our future plumbing needs. We were thrilled with his efficiency, service, professionalism, knowledge and kindness. We will definitely be calling him in the near future! Thank you, Tomas!! ~Judi Fritsche and daughter Katie :)

Bay Pro Plumbing came out with very short notice to help fix a leaking issue in my bathroom. Thomas immediately knew what the issue was and did an excellent job addressing the matter quickly. He even took the time to explained what happened and what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again! Bay Pro Plumbing is highly recommended and I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my neighbors! Thank you for your quick response and professionalism.
