Responded to my service request due to generator malfunction. Performed a service and diagnosis. Had to wait for part to be ordered. Came out to install new part and got system operating normal. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We thought we had a good experience; they promptly responded to helping service our Generac within 24hrs but things got worse… They charged us $600 for service and mechanical fixes… a few days later it sounded like our Generac blew up! Well it kind of did… no warranty on their work and they stopped by to see what the issue was… said “we can’t promise it will start” and that they “needed to order parts.” After that, no communication and no follow up… I’ll be disputing the charges through my credit card company and would recommend looking elsewhere! The guy’s name was Mark, nice guy but now we are in a worse place having to deal with this.

Mark came out to service my Kohler generator and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. This was a routine maintenance service, but he also noticed a significant buildup of dirt and debris inside the bottom of the unit that apparently had not been cleaned by my previous service provider over the years. He took the time to clean everything out properly and left the generator looking considerably better. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of the service. Highly recommend Mark and the team.

Sometimes a call back is all you want. I contacted about 10 small engine service companies regarding an issue I was having with my relatively new Westinghouse generator not starting. Mark at All Florida Power & Air was 2 of 10 that took a few minutes out of their day to respond. Fortunately I was able to troubleshoot the problem myself, but I wanted to acknowledge that sometimes just getting a call back is appreciated . When I need to get a generator serviced in the future, I won’t hesitate scheduling a day and time to drop off at Mark’s shop. Thank you
